Kronospan SRB Ltd. is one of the factories of the Kronospan Group – the world’s leading manufacturer of wood-based panels. The company was established in 2007 in Serbia, in the municipality of Lapovo, as a Greenfield investment. Construction of the production plant stared in September 2008 and was completed in August 2009 with support from local authorities of the municipality of Lapovo, competent ministries and the SIEPA agency.  This contemporary factory is located directly next to Belgrade-Nis highway, in the industrial zone of the municipality of Lapovo, with possibility to connect to the railway network of Serbia.


The factory currently employs over 180 people, who in their daily work cooperate with colleagues from other Kronospan factories (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, etc.). The know-how required for the production process and sale of products is transferred in such a way.

Sale of products manufactured in Serbia is secured with good international reputation of Kronospan products, which has been acquired with decades-long experience in sale of products on European and world markets.

The most important in our production is wood. We achieved good corporation with public company Srbijasume und national parks. From  We all suppliers we are bying wood so we are sure, that we buy wood, which is cut in accordance with sustainable development. We participate in conservation and biodiversity-development. Tofether with sawmills we are bying wood-residual in the ways, that we can preserve nature and use. wooden resources.

We are getting Quality Certificates for our plate from Belgrader Faculty of Forestry and Forest Research Institute from Prague.
